Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Cosy Aura, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing pure, undiluted designer perfume oils of exceptional quality. If, for any reason, you are not 

fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The seal has not been broken, and the perfume oil has not been tampered with or tested.

  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles.

  • Products not purchased directly from Cosy Aura’s official store or verified resellers.

  • Discounted or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost once your claim is verified.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method (Mobile Money, Cash on Delivery refund, or bank transfer).

  • Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, except for returns due to an error on our part

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different scent or size, please contact us within the 14-day window. Exchange is subject to product availability and return approval.
