- Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect product, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We will send you the correct item and process a refund for the incorrect one.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened Fragrances: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used perfumes.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@cosyaura.com with your order number/id and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
5. Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different fragrance or product, please follow the same return procedure. We will send you the new item upon receiving the returned product.
