At Cosy Aura, your satisfaction is our priority. While we take pride in offering premium, undiluted perfume oils and exceptional service, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please review our return policy below.
🔄 Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The wrong product was delivered (wrong scent, size, or item).
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- The product is defective or leaking upon arrival.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Products not in their original packaging or condition.
- Perfume oils returned due to personal scent preferences.
Note: Fragrance is personal, and body chemistry can affect how a scent wears. We recommend trying smaller sizes if unsure.
🕒 Return Window
- All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be returned within 3 days after the request is approved.
📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Provide:
- Order number
- Photo(s) of the product received
- A brief description of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.
💸 Refunds or Replacements
- Approved Returns: We offer either a replacement or store credit.
- Refunds: Only issued for prepaid orders if the item cannot be replaced.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after return approval.
🚚 Return Shipping
- For wrong or damaged items, Cosy Aura covers the return shipping.
- In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
