Non-Affiliation: We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any designer brands or fragrance houses mentioned on this site.
Descriptive Use: References to trademarked names are used strictly for olfactory comparison. These names allow customers to identify scent profiles and do not imply that our oils are products of the original trademark holders.
Interpretation: Our products are independent, oil-based interpretations. They are not replicas or counterfeits.
3. Product Nature & Performance
Concentration:
All products sold are 100% pure perfume oil concentrates. They contain no alcohol or water.
Accuracy: While we strive for 95-99% profile accuracy, scent perception is subjective and can vary based on skin chemistry.
Safety: Customers are responsible for performing a patch test before full application. Cosy Aura is not liable for individual allergic reactions.
4. Orders & Digital Transactions Payment
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
Pricing: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time due to shifts in the “Lab” sourcing costs or currency fluctuations.
Inventory: Because we maintain an “Archival” stock, some items in the Private Collection may have limited availability.
5. Shipping & Delivery Protocol
LCL & Logistics
For international orders, we utilize premium carriers (such as Maersk or DHL).
Customs: The customer (the importer) is responsible for any local customs duties or taxes required by their specific country (e.g., Ghana, Cameroon).
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the customer once the “Digital Ledger” confirms the package has been handed to the carrier.
6. Dispute Resolution Protocol
To maintain professional efficiency, all disputes will follow this logic:
Internal Mediation: Parties must first attempt to resolve any issue through direct negotiation via our support channel.
Binding Arbitration: If mediation fails within 30 days, the dispute shall be settled by Binding Arbitration in accordance with US legal standards. This process is confidential to protect the “Cosy Aura” brand identity.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of perfume oils, all sales are final.
Quality Check: If a product is verified as damaged or incorrect upon arrival (supported by photo/video evidence), we will issue a digital credit or reshipment at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cosy Aura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item in question.
